Graveside services for Wallace Willard Carney will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Battiest Cemetery in Battiest, OK with Charles Davidson officiating. Wallace passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in Hugo, Oklahoma at the age of 64.
Wallace Willard Carney was born October 11, 1957, to Wallace Willis and Flennie (Noah) Carney, in Talihina, OK. He lived in the Ft. Worth area most of his life before moving to Hugo, OK where he has lived for the past five years. Wallace had worked as a collection and repo clerk for Clay Cooley Car Company. He was a member of the William Anderson Methodist Church in Hugo, OK. He loved going to gospel singings, and spending time with his family and friends. Wallace would help anyone that was in need. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Peggy Carney and Evangeline Carney; brothers, Timothy Carney and Eric Carney.
Wallace is survived by son, Harrison Noah of Ft. Worth, TX; brothers Julian Willis Carney of Hugo, OK, Terry Wayne Carney of Ft. Worth, TX and Paul Wilford Carney and Della Sam of Wilburton, OK; sister, Kathy Boggio and husband Justin of Ft. Worth, OK; one aunt, Lucy White of Battiest, OK; and a host of nieces and nephews
