Services for Michael Tillis Price will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, 11:00 AM (with 10:30 Viewing) at Prater-Lampton-Mills Funeral Home, 216 E. Jackson St. Hugo OK. 74743. Michael went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 30, 2022, in Hugo, Oklahoma at the age of 75.

Michael was born September 13, 1946, in Wickes, Arkansas, the eldest son of Tillis and Betty Louise (Keen) Price.

Michael called Hugo his home most of his life. He graduated from Hugo High School in 1964 and attended 2 years at Southeastern State College in Durant, Oklahoma. He also completed courses with Liberty University. He was a few hours short of his bachelor's degree.

Michael followed in his dad's footsteps by pursuing his dream of cross country driving and, becoming an entrepreneur himself. Michael was passionate about the trucking business and made a lifetime career in this business.

Michael believed in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. He conversed with Jesus daily in prayer. He often said, "Jesus was his best friend."

He enjoyed talking with friends and family and was quick with a laugh and smile. He rarely met a stranger and was generous to others.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tillis Kelsie Price and Betty Louise Keen and two siblings, Stephen Price and Judith Price.

He is survived by four children, Son-Mickey Price -wife Cindy, grandchildren, Brittney and Shane, 3 great grandchildren;
Son-Malcolm Price-wife Donna, grandchildren, Cheyenne and Dakota;
Daughter-Sarah Price, grandchildren, Bryce Gains Carter and Brylee Michelle Barnett, 1 great grandchild Braxton Lee Carter,
Son-Benjamin Price.
Four siblings, Rebekah Price-Voth, Mark Price, Rodger Price, James Price and numerous nieces and nephews

Pallbearers are Luke Price, Ezekiel Haskins, Christian Haskins, Buddy Voth, and Kyle Cargill.
