Lee Anne Trantham

Funeral services for Lee Anne Trantham will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, 2:00 PM, at First Baptist Church, in Hugo, with Pastor Danny Mills, Pastor Doug McClure, and Chaplain Sam Garner officiating. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK. Lee Anne went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 20, 2022, in Arlington, TX, at the age of 72.

Lee Anne was born July 18, 1950, to Authur Lee and Wanda Jean (Ruth) Green, in Paris, TX. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, canning foods, cooking, baking, playing cards, watching food network and movies, especially westerns and action movies. Lee Anne especially loved spending time with her grandkids. She worked for the Baptist Village Nursing Home, in Hugo, as an LPN for 47 years.

Lee Anne married the love of her life, Loyd Trantham, on September 10, 1971, in Boswell, OK. They celebrated 50 years of marriage before his passing in 2021.

Lee Anne was preceded in death by her parents Authur Lee and Wanda Jean Green; husband Loyd Trantham; and a brother Thomas Green; brother-in-law Kenneth Trantham.

Lee Anne is survived by her children Johnathan Trantham and April Trantham; siblings Paul Green and wife Linda Kay and Kay Jones and husband Royce; grandchildren Candra Trantham, Suzie Trantham, Kimberly Trantham, Katelynn Fox, Madyson Fox, and Rowdy Butler; daughter-in-law Cassandra Trantham; brothers-in-law Michael Trantham and wife Novella and Earl Trantham and wife Sylvia; nephews Michael Trantham, Adam Jones, Sloan Green, and Shane Green; nieces Tracey Colbert, Amanda Williams, and Angela Jones; great-nieces Lexi and Kayla; great-nephew Zach; great-great nephews Cody and Levi; along with a host of other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 24, 2022, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Prater-Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home.
